Not a planning and development certificate. Open Queensland Government layers, explained. Details
Method and sources
- Cadastre: Queensland cadastral parcels (lot type parcels only, no roads or easements), © State of Queensland, CC BY 4.0. The area shown is the plan area when the cadastre has it, otherwise computed from the published boundary. Each lot is placed by an interior point.
- Hazards: floodplain assessment overlay (Queensland Reconstruction Authority), storm tide high and medium hazard areas and erosion prone areas (coastal management, Department of the Environment), CC BY 4.0. “Not mapped” means absent from the state layer, not “no risk”: councils map flooding in detail in their planning schemes.
- Koala: core and locally refined koala habitat areas, koala priority areas (Koala Conservation Plan), CC BY 4.0.
- Heritage: Queensland heritage register boundaries. Mining: current mining leases (permit name and status only).
- Market: ABS, 2021 Census General Community Profile (G02), Suburbs and Localities — CC BY 4.0 — medians by suburb and locality; a locality whose name is not unique in Queensland is not matched.
- Not included: bushfire prone areas (the state service is not open to automated reading), council zoning.
